RESTING METABOLIC RATE
Resting metabolic rate testing shows how many calories your body burns at rest, giving you the data you need to plan a weight loss, weight gain, or weight maintenance plan designed to succeed. Who is this test recommended for? Resting metabolic rate testing is recommended for every athlete regardless of age or sport they play.
How often should you repeat this test? Resting metabolic rate testing is recommended every 4-6 months.
Which body parts are or can be tested? The resting metabolic rate tests the athletes engine to determine how much fuel it is consuming.
What are the results of this test? The results of the test will return a number between 500-9,000. The higher the number the more calories the athletes body burns.
