BIOMETRIC TRACKING
Test OVERVIEW
Biometric tracking collects information from the reflectance of light on the human body, in a non-invasive manner, to monitor key vital signs, including heart rate and oxygen saturation levels throughout your life. By tracking your biometrics while you train, compete, recover and sleep we are able to gain insights in how we can change your patterns to improve your competitive performance.
WHY
Why would you do track your biometrics? By tracking your biometrics while you train, compete, recover and sleep we are able to gain insights in how we can change your patterns to improve your competitive performance.
RECOMMENDED
Who is biometric tracking recommended for? Every athlete should perform balance testing at least once a year, regardless of the sport they play.

HOW OFTEN
How often should you perform a biometric test? Biometric tracking should be done for 1-3 months. In the case of an injury biometric tracking should be performed until the athlete reaches their previous levels.
BODY PARTS
Which body parts are or can be tested? Biometric tracking is used to track how your entire body responds to your training, competitions, recovery and sleep cycles to help athletes dial in the exact levels of each to reach their full potential.
RESULTS
What are the results of this test? Biometric tracking is used to track how your entire body responds to your training, competitions, recovery and sleep cycles to help athletes dial in the exact levels of each to reach their full potential.
SUMMARY
What does this help to improve? Biometric tracking is used to track how your entire body responds to your training, competitions, recovery and sleep cycles to help athletes dial in the exact levels of each to reach their full potential.
